(b) Have in tow, or otherwise assist in the propulsion of, a person on water skis, water sled, kite, surfboard, or other similar contrivance.

any shore, between 11:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. during June, July, and August, except in those parts of Wolverine lake established as slow--no wake zones.
