On the waters of Derby lake, section 10, T10N, R7W, Sidney township, Montcalm county, it is unlawful between the hours of 6:30 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. of the following day, to:

(a) Operate a vessel at high speed, or

(b) Have in tow or otherwise assist in the propulsion of a person on water skis, water sled, surfboard or other similar contrivance.
