2. On the waters of Wiggins lake, T18&19N, R2W, Grout and Sage townships, Gladwin county, it is unlawful between the hours of 6:30 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. of the following day, to:

(a) Operate a vessel at high speed.

(b) Have in tow, or otherwise assist in the propulsion of, a person on water skis, water sled, kite, surfboard, or other similar contrivance.

3. On the waters of Wiggins lake, sections 27 and 34, T19N, R2W, Sage township, Gladwin county, from Chappel dam to a line from where the west line of lot 20, Level Landing Resort subdivision as extended intersects the water�s edge, thence northerly to where the west line of lot 80, Pebble Beach subdivision as extended intersects the water�s edge, it is unlawful for the operator of a vessel to exceed a slow--no wake speed.
