This file contains township halls in Michigan. The Michigan Township Association (MTA) provided a spreadsheet of township hall addresses in September 2010. It was standardized and batch geocoded based on address and ZIP code. Approximately 86% of the records automatically batch geocoded at the street level. A few of the rejected batch geocode records were manually geocoded using available sources. Both successful and unsuccessful batch geocode records are included in this file.
