| Narrative Description |
The Phoenix Mill is a two-story building with one story exposed at the main entrance grade, and the full two stories above grade at the rear of the structure. The building has a flat roof and is rectangular in plan, with the long sides divided into six equal bays of large windows and the short sides regulated by two bays. The form, choice of building materials, lack of ornament and organization of the facades give the building a pronounced industrial appearance.
