Above the second story's one-over-one rectangular windows are a projecting bracketed and dentiled cornice. An open cupola bell tower with a flared pyramidal roof of asphalt shingles tops the building. Statement of Significance The Old Maybee Village Hall has historical significance as the home of village affairs in Maybee until 1977 when a new hall was constructed.
