The Old Maybee Village Hall is a two-story, flat-roofed, brick and white-painted, wood-trimmed commercial structure, featuring a multi-paned first story garage. Above the second story's one-over-one rectangular windows are a projecting bracketed and dentiled cornice. An open cupola bell tower with a flared pyramidal roof of asphalt shingles tops the building.
