| Narrative Description |
The Benjamin Bradley House is a two-story, basically square Gothic Revival frame house covered in clapboard siding on a raised coursed stone basement. The multiple gables of the roof are ornamented with elaborate scroll barge boards and tooth-shaped fringe. Bay windows, lancet shaped windows, and ogee arches add decorative Gothic Revival elements to the structure. Inside, fine oak floors and other original features have been fully restored.

| Statement of Significance |
The Bradley House is the finest example of Gothic Revival architecture in Midland and is also known for its association with wealthy dry goods merchant and politician Benjamin Bradley. Built in 1874, the Bradley home was used briefly during the 1920s as St. Brigid Catholic Church's rectory. Saved from demolition by a local historical society, the house was moved and restored in 1969. Currently, the Bradley House serves as a historical museum.
